Health begins with the basics. It's not about the newest trends, gadgets, supplements, or strict diets (and, by the way, looking at food in isolation is not enough— we're so much more complex than that)— it's about getting. the. basics. right. 


  • getting consistent, restorative sleep,
  • eating a diet rich in real, whole foods,
  • exercise / movement throughout the day,
  • recognizing and managing stress,
  • fostering meaningful, in-person social connection, and
  • avoiding/limiting risky substances (alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc.)


These six everyday foundations might seem simple and intuitive like something you can easily handle on your own, but many people don’t realize (and we're also not taught) how much these behaviors impact our short- and long-term health. And that’s exactly where I come in. I’ll teach you why the basics matter, give you a simple, structured plan, keep you accountable, and help you build habits that last. Small, steady, sustainable shifts in these areas can transform not just your physical health, but your mindset, energy, and joy!
