Hi! I'm Katie, a Holistic Health Coach and creator of Rooted Nutrition & Health. I earned dual certificates in Holistic Nutrition and Holistic Health Coaching from the American Fitness Professionals Association. I am also an affiliate member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and proud partner of Believe Big. I am passionate about teaching clients how to take better care of themselves with respect to six pillars; sleep, diet, exercise, stress management, social connectivity, and limiting or avoiding risky substances. My focus is on nutrition as it is the most influential of the six pillars. While nutrition and health are complex topics with ever-changing information, I give clients a simpler path by focusing on the basics first and then gradually expanding upon them to create lasting lifestyle change that can have a meaningful impact on health and well-being.
