I do have a default connection with women and our ever-changing bodies and especially women who are mothers since I am one! As a mother, we're in a unique position to influence our children's eating habits and attitudes not only towards food but in overall wellbeing. We have the opportunity to set a positive example for our children to follow. When they see us making healthy food choices and prioritizing nutrition, they're more likely to adopt similar habits themselves. I can't think of a better place to sow the seeds of positive change than in our own homes.
