Rooted Living Program

For 100 days, you and I will work side by side to simplify your path and create lasting, healthy habits. It's all about getting back to the basics—real food, mindful choices, and daily habits that support your health. You’ll walk away with knowledge, confidence, and a plan that supports your health long after the program ends so you feel in control of your well-being.


The process looks like this:


Prep Week 1 - Initial meeting in person (90 mins)

  • Receive a 100-page physical and digital binder


Prep Week 2 - I come to your house to review your pantry / refrigerator / freezer (90 mins)

  • Following this meeting, I will send you your plan for month 1


Week 1 - We go on a grocery store field trip together (90 mins) + I will do your week 1 check-in

Week 2 - week 2 check in via email

Week 3 - week 3 check in via email

Week 4 - week 4 check in via phone or face time (30 mins)

  • Following this meeting, I will send you a new plan for month 2 based on your progress


Week 5 - week 5 check in via email

Week 6 - week 6 check in via email

Week 7 - week 7 check in via email

Week 8 - week 8 check in via phone or face time (30 mins)

  • Following this meeting, I will send you a new plan for month 3 based on your progress


Week 9 - week 9 check in via email

Week 10 - week 10 check in via email

Week 11 - week 11 check in via email

Week 12 - Final meeting in-person (90-mins)


Clients receive:

  • 5.5 hours of strictly one-on-one time with me
  • Personalized overall health plan for three months
  • Months of direct access to a professional coach to ask questions
  • Education on food quality and sources
  • Education on reading packaged food labels
  • Support implementing lasting behavior change
  • Education on a broad overview of the body and its functions
  • An e-book with shopping guides, ingredients guides, a 28-day meal plan, 50+ recipes, coordinating grocery shopping lists and much more
  • Materials yours for life
  • Healthy habits yours for life


Encourage a friend or accountability partner to sign up as well for more support

* $50 discount for returning clients

$499.00

$499.00 per client. Can make three payments of $166 for three months.
