As an affiliate member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine I fully support their mission to make six lifestyle behaviors (sleep, diet, exercise, stress management, social connectivity, and avoiding risky substances) more common public health knowledge. Therefore, my approach is always centered around these principles. This clarity enables you to make more informed choices and meaningful steps toward your overall health.
As a holistic health coach, I emphasize a comprehensive approach to well-being, addressing mind, body, and spirit, as well as various aspects like physical, mental, emotional, and social health. I aim to help you recognize the interconnectedness of our biological systems and the importance of supporting them. In today's fast-paced, hyper-distracted world, many have lost touch with their bodies and the signals they're sending. My goal is to guide you back to awareness through education, mindfulness practices, nourishing food choices, and positive lifestyle habits to restore harmony within yourself.
