90 Days to New

For 90 days, you and I will work side by side to simplify your path and create lasting, healthy habits. It's all about getting back to the basics—real food, mindful choices, and daily habits that support your health. You’ll walk away with knowledge, confidence, and a plan that supports your health long after the program ends so you feel in control of your well-being.


After questionnaires, paperwork and an initial 90-min meeting, clients will receive a personalized sleep, diet, exercise, stress management, social connections and limiting risky substances plan for month 1. Then we will...


Month 1:

  • Week 1: 90-min review of your pantry, refrigerator and/or freezer (in-person or virtual)
  • Week 2: 90-min grocery store shopping trip with tips to restock (in-person or virtual)
  • Week 3: weekly check-in via email
  • Week 4: 30-min, 1-month check-in


Month 2:

  • Week 5: Revised plan for month 2 (based on progress)
  • Week 6: weekly check-in via email
  • Week 7: weekly check-in via email
  • Week 8: 30-min, 2-month check-in


Month 3:

  • Week 9: Revised plan for month 3 (based on progress)
  • Week 10: weekly check-in via email
  • Week 11: weekly check-in via email
  • Week 12: final 90-min, in-person meeting with a final follow-up plan to continue progress


Clients receive:

  • 5.5 hours of strictly one-on-one time with me
  • Personalized overall health plan for three months
  • Education on food quality and sources
  • Education on reading packaged food labels
  • Support implementing lasting behavior change
  • Education on a broad overview of the body and its functions
  • An e-book with shopping guides, ingredients guides, a 28-day meal plan, 50+ recipes, coordinating grocery shopping lists and much more
