3-MONTH Program

This plan is designed for clients who are ready to take a deep-dive into their nutrition & health:


Month 1:

  • Initial meeting to review intake form and discuss goals (90 mins in-person, phone or virtual)
  • Receive a personalized plan for month 1 regarding the six lifestyle behaviors - sleep, diet, exercise, stress management, social connectivity, and limiting risky substances
  • A review of your pantry, refrigerator and/or freezer (1 hour in-person or virtual)
  • A grocery store shopping trip with tips to restock (1 hour in person or virtual)
  • 1-month progress check-in (30-minutes, phone or virtual)


Month 2:

  • Receive a new personalized plan for month 2 (based on 1-month check-in)
  • Receive education on food quality and sources
  • Receive education on reading packaged food labels
  • Support implementing lasting behavior change
  • 2-month progress check-in (30 minutes, phone or virtual)


Month 3:

  • Receive a new personalized plan for month 3 (based on 2-month check-in)
  • Receive education on a broad overview of the body and its functions
  • 3-month progress check-in upon completion (1 hour by phone, virtual or in-person)


Clients receive:

  • 5.5 hours of strictly one-on-one time with me
  • Personlized overall health plans for three months
  • An e-book with shopping guides, ingredients guides, a 28-day meal plan, 50+ recipes, coordinating grocery shopping lists and much more
  • Access to a private Facebook community for support
  • Materials yours for life
  • Healthy habits yours for life
